Refund & Return Policy
Next Gen Drivetrain Refund & Return Policy:
Once ordered and shipped, Next Gen Drivetrain will not accept items for return unless listed below. Any items attempting to be returned must have a RMA number clearly written on the outside of the box. Any item sent back to Next Gen Drivetrain without an RMA will be returned back to sender. Used/installed parts are not eligible for a return under any circumstances. Please know that if you accidentally purchase the wrong product, we would be happy to exchange it for you. Shipping costs may apply.
If you believe a product needs warranty support or was damaged in transit, please contact us so that we can resolve it for you quickly. We proudly stand behind all products to be free of any form of defect. All purchases via our web store will be considered as accepting and agreeing to our Refund and Return policy. If you do not agree with our refund and return policy, please do not transact as we cannot make exceptions to this policy.
Return Guidelines:
• Unused parts (unless excluded below) will be eligible for a full refund, less shipping costs, for 30 days from the date of receipt for any reason. There is no restocking fee on the return of unused items.
• Valve bodies are NOT returnable for a refund.
• Torque Converters are NOT returnable for a refund.
• Transmissions are NOT returnable for a refund.
• Any items that qualify for a return must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Parts must be returned in the condition in which you received them.
• Parts must be unaltered, dry and clean.
• Returned product must be in new, resellable condition, with all original boxes, packaging, parts, cables, manuals, etc.
• Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected, and, at our discretion, credit may be refused.
Some Circumstances in which credit will not be issued but not limited to:
• Product has been damaged from an attempt to be installed and/or used.
• Product is shipped back without original box, manual and/or parts.
• Seal on electrical parts is broken.
• Product is different than that of which was originally shipped to buyer.
• Product is deemed not sellable due to customers own actions with the product.
