Core Policy
When sending a core into Next Gen Drivetrain, as with all other remanufacturing facilities, any core components that are not meant to be replaced during the remanufacturing process (i.e. Case, Parent Castings, etc.) that arrive in an unrebuildable status must be replaced prior to beginning the remanufacturing process. Although this is uncommon, some units will have issues that fall into this category. This is either deducted from the core deposit or added to the bill for the remanufacturing process. The best way to minimize or avoid a core overage is to build it before it breaks! All core refunds are issued by check for cash/check/wire transactions or credit/debit card used, and all core inspections are conducted at the sole discretion of Next Gen Drivetrain. If you have any additional questions, please call in and inquire.
